How It Works:
- Duration: 7 days
- Time: 15β30 minutes per session
- Goal: Build consistency, control, and confidence with your dink shots.
- What You Need: Paddle, pickleball, net (or wall for solo work), and cones/towels for accuracy drills.
β Day 1 β Dink Consistency (Solo or Partner)
π― Focus: Soft touch and control
πΉ 50 consecutive dinks at the kitchen line.
πΉ If solo, use a wall.
πΉ If with a partner, rally for 3 minutes without missing.
π₯ Challenge: Hit 75 dinks in a row with no errors!
β Day 2 β Crosscourt Dinks (Partner)
π― Focus: Angled control and movement
πΉ Dink crosscourt from kitchen corner to kitchen corner.
πΉ Aim for 20 dinks in a row.
π₯ Challenge: Hit 10 crosscourt dinks that land near the sideline.
β Day 3 β Accuracy Drill (Solo or Partner)
π― Focus: Precision and placement
πΉ Place 3 targets in the opponentβs kitchen.
πΉ Land 5 dinks on each target before moving to the next.
π₯ Challenge: Complete 15 accurate dinks total.
β Day 4 β Up & Back Dinking (Partner)
π― Focus: Footwork and control
πΉ Start at the kitchen line and dink.
πΉ After 5 shots, take 2 steps back and dink from mid-court.
πΉ Return to the kitchen and repeat.
π₯ Challenge: Keep control from different distances.
β Day 5 β Pressure Dinking (Partner)
π― Focus: Staying calm under pressure
πΉ Dink rally at the kitchen line.
πΉ After 10 shots, either player may attack.
πΉ Defend and return to dinking.
π₯ Challenge: Survive 3 attacks and reset the rally.
β Day 6 β Competitive Dink Points (Partner)

πΉ Play a mini-game where only dinks count.
πΉ First to 5 points wins.

β Day 7 β Full Dink Match Challenge
