Refund and Returns Policy
At DinkQuest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.
Physical Products – Returns and Refunds
If you’ve purchased a physical product from our online store (such as paddles, balls or accessories), you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us if you wish to return the item for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
- You’ll need to provide proof of purchase.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item and sent back to us within 14 days of your request being approved.
Please note: We do not cover return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@dinkquest.com. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on:
- Gift cards
- Digital downloads or services that have already been delivered
- Items that have been used or are not in resalable condition unless they are faulty
Services – Lessons, Coaching and Events
Bookings for coaching, lessons or pickleball events can be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund.
To reschedule or cancel a service, please email us at info@dinkquest.com with your booking reference and request. Refunds for late cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact our team at info@dinkquest.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return
- Reason for the return
We’ll respond within 1–2 working days with next steps and return instructions.
